Account Summary

The Account Summary page provides a snapshot of all UltraDNS services and monthly traffic and outlook. Download this report to share traffic trends and analyze future traffic volume.

Activity Report

The Activity report shows traffic associated with each DNS query. This data can be expanded to isolate information on a country of origin basis. All of the data in the standard report center may be viewed in a custom time frame, specific to hourly increments. Use the Activity report to quickly assess DNS additions and changes.

Performance Report

The Performance report shows resolution times by query, and country of origin. Use the Performance report to ensure all visitors are receiving the desired level of service, and help configure Traffic Management services.

Query Report

The Query report shows the query types for the 30+ most commonly used DNS record types. Isolate traffic further by country of origin and time period. Use the Querty report to look at traffic fluctuations and determine the root cause.

Response Codes Report

The response codes report provides insight into the 5 most common DNS errors, in comparison with regular traffic volumes for comparison. Use this report to ensure that all website queries are successful and emails are delivered.

NX Domains Report

The NX Domains report provides visibility into visitor queries that result in a to a "site failed" or “site does not exist” response. Research and work to eliminate out-dated links to your website.

Client IP Report

The Client IP report provides high-level Class C IP and corresponding geographical detail. Select the Class-C IP to drill down to the specific IP address. Use this information to supplement visitor intelligence and track potential attack sources.
